About the Role: We're searching for a talented and dynamic Manager, Copywriter to join our creative team and help shape the voice of Sakara Life. Key Responsibilities: Brand Storytelling: Develop and execute compelling copy that embodies Sakara Life's voice and enhances our brand narrative across all platforms, including website, email, social media, and print materials. Advertising and Marketing Copy: Create conceptual campaign copy across paid, email, ecommerce and social channels. Develop messaging that highlights product benefits and drives action through compelling calls to action and engaging content. Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, art directors, and other creative team members to produce integrated campaigns that capture our brand's essence and drive engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the Sakara programs and product, client and potential customer, answering briefs and writing copy that resonates with both existing and new audiences. Customer Engagement: Craft messaging that resonates with our target audience, leveraging insights and feedback to refine and optimize content for better performance and connection. Editorial Excellence: Ensure all written content meets high editorial standards, including accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency, while incorporating feedback and direction from the VP of Creative and/or Director of Copy to continuously refine and elevate the tone of voice. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of copy and content strategies, continuously optimizing to enhance performance and impact. Qualifications: Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional writing skills and successful campaign execution. Experience in an agency or DTC based environment is preferred. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), and familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools. Creative Thinker: Strong ability to conceptualize and create persuasive, brand-aligned copy across various formats and channels. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
