Communications Specialist 4

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Communications Specialist 4 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the executive communications team supporting the President of the small, medium, and corporate sales organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Communications Specialist 4 Location: Onsite, Redmond, WA Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr What's the Job? Ensure timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news and multimedia content. Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and effective storytelling. Manage and maintain documentation on the team's writing style and adherence to style guides. Assist with content creation and governance on SharePoint, including archiving old content. Support ad hoc projects by writing content and creating storyboards for videos and other media. What's Needed? 8-10 years of experience in written communication, including familiarity with writing style guides. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience in quality assurance for content, ensuring adherence to style guides. Strong proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in high-tech or executive office environments is advantageous. What's in it for me?
