Transformation Network is a National Science Foundation funded Sustainable Regional Systems a partnership between eight Western U.S. universities with over 50 partner organizations representing Tribal partners, governmental and non-governmental organizations. Its goal is to build capacity for adaptations and guided transformations towards sustainable regional systems through innovative and equitable solutions. Responsibilities include: Assist with research tasks, including field work, as needed based on the demands of assigned project. Willingness to learn some basic software, an ability to type well, excellent attention to detail. Work with various members of the research group, including other undergraduate researchers, graduate researchers, and the Project Investigators (PIs). Meet with the PIs and other members of the team, as needed, and check and respond to email on a consistent basis. The students will also gain an understanding of interview research methods and environmental social science research in general. Ability to meet in person and via Zoom for regular scheduled meetings Excellent writing and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
