The College of Education and Human Sciences (COEHS) Dean's Office is seeking a candidate for the part-time position of Student Office Assistant. This position will provide administrative and office support of the general, day-to-day administrative, operational, and clerical tasks related to the office:

* Greet all visitors warmly, politely, and professionally.

* Answer phone calls received at the Dean's Office, taking messages or transferring as needed.

* Assist with administrative work as needed; this may include maintaining spreadsheets, filing documents, copying or scanning documents, etc.

* Assist with maintaining office inventory.

* Assist with special events, including creating flyers and sending out save-the-dates.

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office (wipe down tables and surfaces, organize supply cabinets).

* Run errands across COEHS/campus to deliver documents/materials and acquire supplies.

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications

* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)

* Familiar with COEHS departments and program offerings

* Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Express)

* Previous customer service experience
