Job Description Project Oversight : Assist in the management and coordination of commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with building codes. Collaboration : Work with architects, contractors, and school officials to facilitate communication and align project goals. Scheduling : Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. Budget Management : Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability. Problem-Solving : Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track. Site Supervision : Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify compliance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
