Act as liaison with different university departments, supporting submitting and tracking personnel actions and contracts, processing donations, and financial tracking for departments within WHUT. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: None. NATURE AND SCOPE: Internal contacts include administrators, faculty, students, and staff of the department and University. External contacts include vendors, visitors, and the general public. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Handle various business operations, including procurement and contract management, contributing to the smooth running of the organization. Assist in the handling and recording of donations in the Membership CRM. Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations, updating calendars, and keeping information current. Receives incoming mail, packages, and notices. Duplicates and distributes information, notices, etc., to department members. Assist with expense report preparation. Answer incoming calls and handle them accordingly. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. CORE COMPETENCIES: Strong organizational and multitasking skills and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in office productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Canvas, database, graphic presentations, information management and standard office equipment. Ability to establish and maintain compelling and harmonious work relations with faculty, staff, students, and the public. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in business administration or relevant field with at least one year of experience. Workday experience is a plus. Compliance Salary Range Disclosure Part-Time; Expected Pay Range: $24.54-$27.00 Hourly
