Duties

1. Represent high-growth companies and their founding teams throughout their lifecycle, from business formation to fundraising and exits.
2. Provide legal counsel to clients across a broad range of industries, including software, consumer products, healthcare, financial services, alternative energy, and digital media.
3. Work directly with clients on venture capital financing and startup-related matters.
4. Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, advising clients on legal risks and solutions.
5. Manage day-to-day client relationships while addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Requirements

1. 3-6 years of experience at a top-tier national law firm.
2. Extensive experience with venture capital financings and startup-related legal matters.

4. Prior experience handling M&A transactions.

Education

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
