Assisting the Enrollment team with general office/clerical work ranging from computing, telephone, and filing skills. Serving as a support to the enrollment team and/or students, as they navigate the college systems. This role will require sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of the College students and employees. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to students via email, text, or phone call. Assist with incoming inquiries for the Enrollment team, via front desk coverage. Conduct tours of campus, as needed. Assist students in completing the online processes including admissions applications, accessing information in MyIvy, IvyLearn, and other online platforms. Assist students with registering for coursework. Help with appointment management and booking for various student services offices. Other duties logically associated with this role may be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Director of Admissions and Enrollment Services SUPERVISION GIVEN: N/A CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time/Federal Work Study Minimum Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need. Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours of enrollment in eligible courses. Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is preferred Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate copiers and other office related equipment. Function effectively in a team environment. Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
