As the Talent Solutions Consultant at our client, you’ll work directly with clients to assess their talent needs, design tailored recruitment solutions, and ensure they have access to the best candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Talent Strategy Development: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce challenges, and hiring needs. You’ll conduct in-depth consultations to identify talent gaps and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with their goals.
- Customized Talent Solutions: Design and deliver tailored talent solutions, including direct hire, contract staffing, and talent pipeline development. You’ll use a data-driven approach to recommend the best sourcing, recruitment, and hiring practices to meet each client’s specific needs.
- Workforce Planning and Forecasting: Assist clients with workforce planning, helping them anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. You’ll collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that staffing plans support long-term business growth.
- Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Provide clients with market intelligence, including industry trends, salary benchmarking, and competitive hiring practices. You’ll help clients stay ahead in the talent market by offering insights that enable them to make informed hiring decisions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Solutions: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding. You’ll ensure that all recruitment efforts are aligned with client expectations and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Relationship Management and Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. You’ll provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and make adjustments as needed to talent strategies.
- Talent Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention rates. You’ll provide clients with detailed reports and recommendations for optimizing their talent acquisition processes.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in recruitment consulting or talent acquisition is also valued.
- Certifications in HR, talent acquisition, or workforce planning (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) are a plus. If you’ve completed talent consulting or workforce strategy training, that’s an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting, with a focus on delivering tailored staffing solutions for a variety of industries. You’ve successfully helped clients overcome hiring challenges and build strong talent pipelines.
- Proven success in managing client relationships, delivering consultative talent solutions, and developing recruitment strategies that drive business success.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and optimize the hiring process.
