3. Provide strategic advice to clients on structuring deals and managing corporate governance issues.
4. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to execute complex transactions effectively.
5. Advise on compliance with federal and state regulations affecting corporate and transactional matters.
6. Monitor deal progress, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements:

1. 3 to 7 years of experience handling mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
2. Exceptional research, analytical, and legal writing abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
4. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

1. Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.

Skills:

1. Expertise in transactional law, corporate governance, and deal structuring.
