  • Stay informed of legal and industry trends impacting corporate transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on M&A and private equity.
  • Exceptional analytical, drafting, and research abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
