Chief Financial Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company including ALM, Int Rate Risk, Cash-Flow forecasting, Budgeting, Risk Management, Facilities Maintenance, and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
2. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
3. Manage the revenue cycle and ensure financial stability
4. Supervise the finance team and provide guidance and mentorship
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors and clients to optimize financial outcomes
6. Manage the Business Continuity Planning program
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards

Skills

1. Strong background in financial analysis and reporting
2. Proficiency in revenue cycle management
3. Experience in supervising finance teams
4. Expertise in financial management principles
5. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques
6. Strong analytical skills related to Asset/Liability Management
7. Experienced in Investment Analysis and Trading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

• Accounting: 5 years (Required)
