Duties: Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and secured lending transactions. Draft and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents. Conduct due diligence reviews and coordinate closings. Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters. Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex transactions. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing. 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a reputable law firm. Strong understanding of real estate law and transactional practices. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach. Preferred Skills: Experience with real estate development projects and joint ventures. Background in secured lending transactions and commercial contracts.
