Accounting Manager – Commercial Real Estate $125K + Bonus What to know: $125,000 base salary, plus a 10-20% bonus target Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days remote Responsibilities: Lead a regional team of Property Accountants, managing accounting for multiple commercial properties including office, retail, industrial, and ground leases Oversee preparation and review of GAAP financial statements, escalation billings, budgets, analysis, and supporting work papers Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and reporting Provide backup support to Property Accountants during transitions and heavy workloads Review new leases for appropriate accounting treatment Drive improvements in department procedures and inter-departmental interactions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting CPA preferred 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the Commercial Real Estate sector Proficiency with property management/accounting software (Yardi preferred)
