Accounting Manager $125K + 20% bonus What we offer: Competitive Pay of $105,000 - $125,000 base +10-20% bonus target Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days remote Responsibilities: Review financial statements, budgets, and compliance reports Lead presentations on operating results to Senior Management Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Work closely with Corporate Accounting, Lease Admin, and Property Management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting CPA preferred 4+ years in accounting (Commercial Real Estate a plus) Strong Excel skills, Yardi experience preferred
