– Woodland Hills Pay Range:

Position Overview Our clients look to SPC to provide them with a well-managed construction process from pre-construction to project closeout. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of a team focused on creating long-term client relationships with industry-leading companies. The role supports Superintendents, Project Managers, Asst. Project Managers and other team members throughout the Pre-Construction and Construction phases of our projects. If you are a career-oriented person, desire to work as part of a team that ensures the smooth delivery of projects and interested in furthering your personal growth, you will be on the career path to becoming an Assistant Project Manager, then Project Manager, and ultimately a Sr. Project Manager with the SPC Team. They act as a point of contact for internal groups (SPC team members), and external groups (Clients, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors). This position will have essential duties and responsibilities within pre-construction, project administration, and the close-out functions of a project. Our Project Engineers provide support and are a part of a team that is responsible for the overall management, execution, and outcomes of the following segments of a project: Pre-Construction Project Administration Scheduling Constructability & Technical OAC & Site Meetings Talents and Traits Alert, poised, reliable and ready to enthusiastically assist Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, Consulting Engineers, and SPC team members in getting things done - willing to go the extra mile Organized, accurate, and can navigate/prioritize multiple requests. Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task efficiently and complete work to a deadline. Adapts easily and quickly to changing priorities and shifting timelines. $70,000 - $90,000.

Compensation in other cities may vary. The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
