The Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Capital Markets team in managing property transactions, maintaining databases, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of property acquisitions, dispositions, and leases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property databases and files. Schedule and coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings. Prepare and distribute various real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and reports. Liaise with clients, brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to support the due diligence process for property transactions. Assist in market research and property analysis. Manage and track critical dates and deadlines for real estate transactions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth property management. Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; 1-3 years of experience in real estate or related industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines. Estimated total compensation for this position:

40,000.00 – 41,000.00 USD per year. Location:
