Duties:
Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients throughout the workers' compensation process. Conduct in-depth research on legal matters, developing strategic approaches tailored to client needs. Represent clients in hearings, negotiate settlements, and foster strong, positive relationships with clients. Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to gather evidence and prepare compelling cases. Analyze legal issues and prepare detailed documentation to support case strategies. Manage and organize a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality client service. Requirements:
Must hold an active California State Bar license and be in good standing. Proven experience handling complex workers' compensation cases and legal proceedings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal strategies. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Active membership with the California State Bar. Skills:
Expertise in workers' compensation law and litigation. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
