The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is currently seeking a Manager of Admin Services to join our team of professionals. Duties include: Manages and assists the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing of projects, overseeing day-to-day project management activities to support the department. Oversees task assignments to internal teams and assists in managing schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines. Maintains and updates the Smartsheet solution, creating and managing project plans, timelines, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and key performance indicators. Supports the Project Manager with administrative functions and serves as a backup representative in meetings with strategic partners. Evaluates current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommends improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Communicates project status, issues and risks to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination with various departments to ensure timely task completion. Identifies and resolves project lifecycle issues and roadblocks to maintain project momentum. Prepares and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Conducts regular reviews of project processes and proposes improvements, generating and presenting project performance reports to stakeholders with key metrics and improvement areas. Adheres to university policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field and four (4) years related business or administrative experience, or Master's degree in business or related field and two (2) years related business or administrative experience. Desired Qualifications
