Job Summary

Develops and executes content strategies focused on social media, website content, and SEO to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for the College of Business graduate programs. Develops, designs, and manages content (text, visual media, and digital campaigns) and brand assets (graphics, email templates, brochures, ads, and social media posts) to drive lead generation and market graduate programs. Develops and maintains websites and landing pages content, ensuring usability, marketing effectiveness, and digital quality standards. Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams to ensure content strategies support univeristy-wide goals. Collaborates with team member on email campaigns, including design, content creation, copy-editing, targeting, and performance tracking. Collaborates with team members to audit and enhance digital channels and marketing processes. Establishes a streamlined content workflow, editorial calendar, and strategy based on metrics and analytics to create user-friendly digital content. Interprets media/communication guidelines and suggests new programs or technologies to improve media administration. Researches, contacts, and interviews talent for content creation. Derives actionable insights from content performance data and continuously improves content effectiveness. Develops partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and content creators to extend brand reach and enhance content credibility. Develops and maintains content guidelines and best practices, ensuring the entire team adheres to them.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of work experience in digital design/publication agency environments as content strategist, copywriter, or an editorial related field.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with social media communications and emerging trends.
