Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements, information security terms, and technology-related contracts, including software and SaaS agreements. Provide strategic guidance on intellectual property, technology licensing, and IT service agreements. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to address complex data and technology challenges. Requirements:
2–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment. Familiarity with data privacy laws and experience in privacy compliance and security incident response. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, client-focused advice. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a collaborative team environment. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications:
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility for prompt admission in Minnesota. CIPP certification (preferred but not required). Skills:
Deep knowledge of data privacy laws, regulations, and best practices. Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology-related agreements.
