Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in intellectual property litigation, encompassing patents, trademarks, and related disputes. Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of all litigation stages, from pre-suit analysis to appeals. Attributes: Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters independently and collaboratively. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized, accredited law school. Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for Florida Bar admission. Certifications
Active membership in good standing with a state bar association, with a preference for Florida admission. Skills
