Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Corporate and Securities practice in Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in corporate and transactional matters and possess the ability to step into existing client relationships. Duties:
Provide legal guidance on corporate and transactional matters, including agribusiness, commercial transactions, and financial dealings. Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and other legal documents. Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and attention to detail. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored legal solutions. Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in corporate law and transactional work. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications:
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Eligibility to be admitted to practice law in Minnesota promptly. Skills:
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and colleagues. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
