Proposal Summary: The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)) is responsible for leading the U.S. Department of Defense’s efforts related to research and development, advanced technology, acquisition policy, and more. To accomplish this mission, OUSD(A&S) requires administrative, analytical, and strategic communication support services. Position Summary: MSI is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for serving as MSI’s primary point of contact at OUSD(A&S) and providing oversight of MSI’s onsite personnel. The Program Manager shall ensure that MSI staff are fully trained in all policies and procedures and are able to complete the required day-to-day functions required of OUSD(A&S). The position will be based in the DC metro area. **Please note: Only U.S. citizens with an active Secret security clearance are eligible to apply.** Responsibilities: Ensure that all staff are fully trained in all administrative and specific policies and procedures. Ensure that all staff can complete the required day-to-day functions of OUSD(A&S). Communicate changes to OUSD(A&S) Administrative and Strategic Communications Support business practices to all relevant staff and contractors. Provide and manage trained personnel to ensure effective day-to-day business operations. Manage personnel attrition and turnover to ensure operations continue smoothly. Provide oversight of the OUSD(A&S) Administrative and Analytical Support processes to verify staff are providing accurate support. Provide employee training to ensure staff expertise remains efficient. Provide monthly and quarterly status reports. Qualifications: Must possess a mastery of the day-to-day operations within OUSD(A&S). Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Must have an active Secret security clearance. Must have at least five (5) years of program management experience. Be proficient in MS Office software. Desired Qualifications: Program management certification. Executive level support experience within the Department of Defense. Program management experience demonstrating the ability to collaborate and deliver services in a high op-tempo environment. At MSI, health and safety play a vital role in our success.
