Job Description:
Provides multi-discipline security support (i.e. physical security, personnel security, records management), IT/facilities support, and/or business operations support. Duties may include: supporting high level DoD and USG operational requirements at the appropriate security levels; providing expertise regarding the security policies; serve as the primary contractor point of contact for respective government leadership regarding contractor personnel related issues (including serving as an interlocutor with the contract Program Manager and ensuring timeliness/accuracy of deliverables associated with all tasks listed in PWS consistent with the performance requirements); providing administrative transaction and management support for office related facilities, furniture, communications, and/or information technology requirements.
Experience Requirements:
+ Ability to support the management, administration, and sustainment of day-to-day operations Defense operations
+ Lead and enable Mission support team in facilities and space planning, IT management, and secure communications management; including oversight and management of facilities located in the Pentagon and throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), Residential SCIFs, and Executive Travel Kits.
+ Manage OUSD(I&S) spaces within Pentagon and external sites to include move planning, office configurations, and space utilization while ensuring compliance to SCIF accreditations and support changing mission requirements.
+ Provide program management support to OUSD(I&S), Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), Defense Agencies and DoD Field activities as directed or required by OUSD(I&S) mission, goals, and objectives; and recommend broad or specific guidance.
+ Collaborate across OUSD(I&S) to articulate organizations position; ensure the development of division goals and objectives aligns with OUSD(I&S) mission, goals, and objectives; and recommend broad or specific guidance.
+ Consult with vendors to conduct market research and create procurement packages in support of acquisition/procurement activities and operational incidents for submission to the contracting office.
+ Plan and coordinate concurrent or sequential phased contracted activities in support of complex projects.
+ Provide cost planning/analysis to assist in development of estimated annual spend plan and maintain registry of all infrastructure and information technology invoices and expenses for reconciliation.
+ Prepare complex technical and statistical analyses, reports, and surveys related to IT, business applications, and business operations.
+ Develop, establish, and control the methods, procedures, and systems to increase effectiveness of technology utilization and management.
+ Provide consultation and recommend courses of action and on costs of planned projects and budgetary planning related to Mission support and security resources.
