Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex financial data and create insightful reports for leadership. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders. Contribute to long-range planning and strategy development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and urgent requests. Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information. Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity. Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools. Support month/quarter/annual reporting, budget, forecast as needed. Required Qualifications:
Strong technical background with proficiency in financial systems and data extraction. Experience working with large datasets and creating clear, concise reports. Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to build effective PowerPoint decks and communicate complex ideas through storytelling. Proven experience in strategy development and long-range planning. Strong business partnering skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Ability to work flexibly across global time zones, including occasional early morning or late evening meetings. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. Desired Qualifications:
Commercial or pricing experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Personal Attributes:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and manage urgent requests. Initiative-taking with a strong diligence. Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.
