What this job involves -
We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to own, derive insights and report from a large dataset of global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation, with a strong focus on data integrity, identifying trends, and understanding of the complexities of our business. Additionally, the candidate needs executive presence to support adhoc requests from the executive team. Candidate must have Smartsheets experience. This position will be hybrid with 3-4 days onsite in Chicago. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage a comprehensive dataset of global initiatives, RCAs, high impact tasks and innovations across several regions. Generate reporting, including executive summaries, for our executive leadership team, and clients. Report on data compliance, follow up with non-compliant individuals. Develop and implement data collection and maintenance methodologies to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, patterns, and correlations within the dataset. Partner with our TAD Team to create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes. Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and share findings. Stay current with business changes and impacts that may affect data analysis. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on large, complex datasets. Business Intelligence software proficiency (Smartsheets, Tableau, Power BI, or related). Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages. Demonstrated executive presence and proven experience presenting to senior leaders. Strong statistical analysis skills and experience. Excellent data visualization skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly. Demonstrated experience working with global datasets and cross-cultural analysis. Knowledge of data governance and international data protection regulations. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
