Amazon seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role on the Alexa Insights, Planning, Econometrics and Decision (IPED) team owning Alexa financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive metrics dashboards. This role will be responsible for defining KPIs, conducting trends analysis, proposing guardrails and implementing mechanisms to allow business leaders to adhere to those guardrails at scale. The successful candidate will build scalable analyses, build KPI dashboards, shape the trajectory of the business by implementing a mechanism to adhere to defined guardrails. This position will work closely with Alexa Finance and business leadership to gain alignment on KPIs, guardrails and providing regular progress updates on both. Key job responsibilities

Define KPIs that incorporate value and investment levers across the Alexa P&L Influence the definition of guardrails to manage investment decisions based on return forecasted Build Page 0 metrics across the Alexa business to publish monthly in the Finance reports that informs prioritization decisions based on actuals vs. forecasts, trends and guardrails Work with big data and transform it into insights and information BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
