Role Overview
I am seeking an experienced
Structural Engineer
to join our team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with extensive experience working with various materials and building types. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and an S.E Licensure in Illinois. Responsibilities Lead and manage structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. Strong technical capability with repair & restoration of existing structures is mandatory Design and analyze structures using a variety of materials, including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and efficient structural solutions. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure best practices are followed. Key Qualifications Minimum 10 years of industry experience
in structural engineering. S.E Licensure in Illinois
is mandatory. Extensive experience with a variety of materials and building types. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements. Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$120,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience). Healthcare:
