Senior IAM Engineer

Summary
This role will be focused on the implementation and support of progressive IAM solutions. This role will focus on Active Directory/Azure AD, O365, PAM, and Identity Governance tooling. You will be responsible for reviewing implementations of existing products, determining improvements, building roadmaps, and implementing the updates to improve the overall IAM workflows, as it relates to these areas of focus.
What you'll be doing
Lead and provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms. Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures. Work with Security Governance, Risk Management and other departments as needed. Assist in the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of Kirkland's IAM, directory, e-mail, and telephony systems as they relate to user identity. Coordinate with Human Resources for on/off boarding of all personnel. Occasionally provide technical support to end users. Must have excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. Inform and advise management on incidents and incident prevention. Participate in knowledge sharing with other engineers and develop solutions efficiently.
Skills we're seeking
5+ years of experience with IAM Engineering
SSO, MFA and other Identity Governance & Administration concepts
Strong experience with Active Directory
Must have Azure AD experience
Experience with PAM tools, such as Delinia (what we use) Experience with Identity Governance tools, such as Veza (what we use)
Nice to haves
Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field Relevant certifications such as CIAM or other security certs Experience with O365 Experience with Entra, roles, RBAC and PIM. Experience with using PowerShell scripting Experience with Outlook/Exchange and an understanding of mail routing.
