Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state. Experience with PERM (1 year). Experience with employment-based immigration. Experience in removal proceedings such as USCIS and EOIR asylums, court proceedings, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, work permits, and more (3 years). Fluency in Spanish is required due to frequent client interactions. Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Spanish. A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law.
