Loop (Fully Remote/ Hybrid or In-person) Founded in 2015, Clarity Clinic stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness, offering innovative and compassionate care. Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for passionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life! In this role, you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from adults/children or adolescents offering exceptional client care. Psychological Testing will be an optional part of your caseload but not required. Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional):

for Full Time are required. Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner. Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures. Participate in organizational trainings and professional development. Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan, and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis. Perks and Benefits: Compensation - Fully Licensed: $60-$65/per hour

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois, licensed PhD/PsyD - or License-eligible/ Post Doctoral candidate. Psychological Testing & Assessment experience preferred but not required. Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes. Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills.
