Licensed Therapist I (LSW/LPC) - Evanston Founded in 2015, Clarity Clinic stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness, offering innovative and compassionate care. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. In this role you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care. Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional). Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner. Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures. Participate in organizational trainings and professional development. Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinics mission, vision, and values through both behavior and job performance. Perks and Benefits: Compensation: $40-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & Licensure. Part Time (12hrs) or Full Time (24 attended sessions requirement). 401k match up to 4%. $500.00 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees & CE courses. 3 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days. 2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Must be licensed or license eligible as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT). Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to 1-year prior experience in a clinical setting. Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial: Family-focused therapy, Multi-systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR (must be certified), Hypnosis (must be certified), Health psychology, CADC, Marriage and Family Therapy.
