Rate: $35 - $37 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Storage System Configuration and Management:
Set up and configure storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and Direct Attached Storage. Data Backup and Recovery:
Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data is regularly backed up and secure. Storage Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of storage systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and performance. IPv6 Configuration:
Configure storage technologies to communicate over IPv6 in addition to IPv4, ensuring seamless network integration. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of related experience in storage solutions engineering support. Relevant certifications in storage management or network administration are a plus. Ability to monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics. Experience in performing regular backups and disaster recovery procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system management. Key Technical Skills: Storage management and administration (SAN, NAS, Direct Attached Storage). IPv6 and IPv4 network configuration. Backup and disaster recovery procedures. Performance monitoring and capacity planning.
