We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team in Boston. Responsibilities

Engage with large-scale outbound leads through multichannel outreach consisting of an average of 60 dials daily to penetrate high value prospects with call structures built to consult, educate, and create opportunities. Convert leads into qualified opportunities and deliver on KPIs through value based selling. Conduct discovery meetings with prospects (such as Sales and Procurement Leaders) to identify pain points, needs and/or opportunities that focus on value Lusha can offer. Schedule qualified meetings aligning with meeting criteria for the Strategic Account Executive team to position and sell Lusha. Become a subject matter expert on Lusha’s product offerings and the problems we help solve for our partners. Qualifications

6-12 Months of business development experience. Strong, professional and interpersonal communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects in value first conversations. Ability to communicate to commercial leaders in a confident and proactive manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively. Display intellectual curiosity by researching, understanding and listening to customer pain points and needs. Competitive spirit and drive to exceed quota and win deals. Self-starter, goal oriented and rich understanding of personal metrics. Embracing feedback through a growth mindset with accountability and responsibility in pursuing goals and delivering results. Demonstrated knowledge of the decision making process within different verticals. Experience with cold calling and email outreach in tandem with resilience in objection handling. How to Apply
