The ideal candidate will have between 8-10 years of experience handling complex medical malpractice cases and will be prepared to take on a hybrid work arrangement following an initial in-office period. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution, including client intake, case evaluation, discovery, trial preparation, and representation in court. Conduct thorough legal research, prepare briefs, and draft motions to support case strategies. Collaborate with legal staff and experts to gather evidence and develop compelling arguments. Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations as appropriate to achieve optimal client outcomes. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience as an Attorney, with significant experience in medical malpractice cases. Proven track record in case management and litigation. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
