Job Description NAOVI is seeking a Senior Foreign Language Program Analyst for the following task: Primary responsibilities: Serve as a program analyst for a foreign language office supporting the IC Senior Language Authority. Effectively create narratives related to foreign language capabilities, funding justifications, program policy, and other issues. Analyze and communicate findings from IC-wide data calls. Develop deliverables including talking points, briefing materials, and annual reports. Contribute to foreign language-related sections of the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG), and IC strategy and implementation plans. Advance foreign language policy and strategy development. Engage with all IC components that have a foreign language mission. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, such as the Foreign Language Executive Committee, FVEY liaison visits, student recruiting visits, and expert panels. Education and Experience: (Required) TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Required BS+18 or MS+ 10 years’ experience or no degree + 24 years’ experience. Extensive report and narrative writing experience. Data analysis experience. Program analyst experience. Preferred Skills: Experience in the IC foreign language community (military or civilian).
