EF Educational Tours (ET), a division of EF Education First, is seeking a data-driven Digital Analyst to join our Marketing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing cross-channel campaign performance, website user behavior, and customer journey insights. Your expertise in extracting actionable intelligence from data will empower our marketing team to make informed decisions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth.
What you'll do: Campaign Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and paid social platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing). Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI) Uncover insights into campaign effectiveness, audience segmentation, and channel optimization opportunities. Website & User Behavior Analysis: Analyze website traffic patterns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. Identify trends in user behavior, content engagement, and conversion paths. Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance the user experience, improve conversion rates, and personalize website content. Cross-Channel Attribution: Analyze the customer journey across various touchpoints (web, mobile app, email, etc.) to understand how different channels contribute to conversions. Develop attribution models to allocate marketing spend effectively and optimize channel mix. Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with advanced analytics team to utilize time series forecasting techniques to project lead volume based on historical campaign performance. Leverage data insights and AI techniques (where applicable) to develop personalized audience segmentation strategies, enabling more targeted and effective campaigns. Partner with marketers and finance to make budget and investment decisions to maximize ROI. Reporting & Communication: Create clear and compelling presentations to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels. Collaborate effectively with marketing managers, channel owners, and data engineers to translate data into actionable strategies. Who you are:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or similar technical field. In lieu of a degree, commensurate experience in digital marketing analytics will be considered. Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role. Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data in Snowflake. Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools for creating insightful reports and dashboards. Experience with Google Analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and other web analytics tools. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques for hypothesis testing and experiment design. Additional Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity and a passion for leveraging data to drive business results. Nice to Have:
Experience with R or Python for data analysis. Experience with A/B testing and optimization. Experience with marketing attribution modeling. Knowledge of the travel or education industry. Why you'll love working here:
