We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to lead and manage the HR function within our Jacksonville, FL office. The ideal candidate will be key in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our companys goals and values. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys goals. Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters. Manage HR-related data and maintain accurate records. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and regulations. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
