Pay Rate: 50-60/hr Insight Global is hiring for a Lead Data Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT or Overland Park, KS for a large, telecommunication company. This Lead Data Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations Organization for the Fraud Protection Team. This team is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization when it comes to customers. On a day-to-day, this Lead Data Analyst will provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements, coordinate testing and validating system performance, provide programming and analytics using SQL and Python, and identifying fraud trends and patterns. Furthermore, this Lead Data Analyst will spend 50% of their time pulling and analyzing data, 30% building ETL processes such as SQL scripts, and 20% aiding in ways to design and develop new systems related to automating fraud-based systems and rules used to protect the consumer and company from fraud.
