Network Specialist - GOODFELLOW AFB

Title: Network Specialist Length: 12 month contract to hire Location: Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX (Onsite) Clearance: Active Secret Certifications required: CompTIA Security+ / CCNA preferred Brief description of the project: This person will be providing network support to the military hospital. Tickets will come through and will require Cisco Routing and Switching exp., LAN/WAN exp., VLAN/ports experience. If you come from a 25B, 25N and 25U background, this role will be highly applicable. Education Requirements: Bachelors (in IT highly preferred) w/ 3 years IT exp. OR Associates (in IT highly preferred) w/ 8 years IT exp. OR Completion of certified military tech. school w/ 8 years IT exp. Must have skills/technologies: CompTIA Security+ Cisco Routing and Switching exp. LAN/WAN exp. -VLAN/ports experience. Experience with Brocade routers and switches is preferred Nice to haves skills/technologies: CCNA
