CACI is looking for a Pega Application Developer with a background in business process design, software application design, development, unit testing and quality assurance to join our team supporting an important a Department of Justice agency in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise software applications to meet business needs. The Pega Application Developer will be a member of an agile team, analyzing current business processes, configuring and building software applications using Pega 8, and ensuring the quality of the final solution. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communications skills.
Responsibilities:
Understand client business needs and requirements Understand the current system and how it functions Design and develop applications based on business requirement Upgrade and modify applications per business needs Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours) Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience with case management system development Pega System Architect Certification Pega 8 experience Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have Top Secret clearance Available to report to client site in Washington, DC 3 days per week Desired:
Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies Certified Agile Practitioner is a plus

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
