About the role:

Are you a high-level thinker that can also focus on the details? We're looking for idea generators and problem solvers to join our growing Content team at Transmission. You'll help develop creative content strategies for a variety of B2B clients. Professionals in this role gather and oversee content requirements, create content strategy deliverables, and present findings and recommendations. This can include conducting content audits (qualitative and quantitative analysis of content across all channels), gap analysis, content recommendations, and journey mapping. You'll also be collaborating closely with creative and activation teams to develop integrated plans for clients.

What you'll do: Support the strategy team in developing campaign architectures, demand engines and messaging frameworks to ensure robust content and campaign foundations. Apply your deep understanding of foundational content - blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, ad copy, landing pages - and more creative content-led ideas - real-world activations, events, and web experiences - to deliver client results. Work closely with the media and GTM teams to develop effective activation and nurture plans. Build persuasive content briefs and decks to pitch ideas. Present content insights and content ideas to clients and prospects. Audit clients' demand engines - including content assets, landing pages, creative, nurture, messaging and more - and make recommendations based on the findings. Understand content tools and best practices. Ensure that market research, SEO, and data insights power content ideas. Demonstrate analytical abilities necessary to optimize and test content. Support the development of messaging frameworks and personas. Work with the design team to produce high-quality deliverables. Keep up to date with the latest innovations in content strategy and creation. Help manage freelance strategists and copywriters. What you'll bring:

5+ years in a Content Strategy role B2B experience is a must Proven success creating compelling content strategies that drive results Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Copywriting skills are a plus Agency experience is a big plus

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience and training.
