Summary Insight Global is seeking a MAC Specialist (User Support, Analyst) with expertise in MacOS support to join our dynamic team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer-focused desktop support services in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The position operates on a hybrid schedule requiring three on-site days per week, though this may be adjusted based on business or contract needs.

Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and via remote tools such as Bomgar, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Utilize ServiceNow to log, track, and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution of customer problems. Handle escalated tickets by identifying solutions, prioritizing tasks, and effectively managing the ticket queue. Operate independently to manage daily support operations. Coordinate repairs and maintenance for laptops, desktops, printers, AV equipment, and other devices as needed. Install, configure, and maintain Apple peripherals and end-user devices, including iPhones and iPads. Provide hands-on support for walk-ins and remote assistance while maintaining high-quality service standards. Run diagnostic tests to isolate system issues and assist with troubleshooting to deliver effective resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications Four (4) or more years experience in the role of an IT Desktop technician supporting a Mac desktop/laptop environment. Strong knowledge of Bomgar or equivalent tool for providing remote support is required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Education Associate degree or equivalent experience Clearance Eligible for a Public Trust
