M&A Integration Manager - Procurement

to lead the integration of supply base operations for newly acquired companies. This role involves driving supplier and contract consolidation, renegotiation, and termination efforts, while managing key workstreams and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. With a strong emphasis on data analysis and project management, you will play a critical role in aligning procurement processes with organizational goals. Our client is a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for human resources (HR) and finance, enabling organizations to manage their people and money through a single platform. Key Responsibilities: Oversee supplier transition activities by analyzing contracts and data from internal teams and acquired companies. Conduct data gathering, migration, quality assurance/testing, and data upload efforts. Manage the creation, tracking, and disposition of supplier assignment and termination letters. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, IT, legal, and operations, to ensure risk mitigation and value realization during transitions. Generate and manage reports, dashboards, and project statuses, providing timely updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the integration team, delivering regular progress reports and addressing integration challenges. Facilitate decision-making and communication to resolve integration-related issues effectively. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, contracts management, procurement, supply chain, or sourcing. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deliver results under tight deadlines, and align efforts with organizational objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven success in cross-functional collaboration. Proactive, results-driven, and an excellent team player. Additional Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
