We are supporting one of our favorite clients on their search to add a technical support professional to their team for a contract. There is a possibility that this role becomes permanent either during or after the contract period.

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM CST RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Provide remote and in-person technical support to all employees Maintain computer hardware and software systems Handle user access provisioning Manage inventory of technical hardware Collaborate with IT teams and vendors Provide after-hours support when necessary PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Strong proficiency in SCCM Experience with Jira Service Desk Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers Familiarity with Exchange Excellent communication and customer service skills Timing is everything.
