In this role, you'll be providing technical end-user support to a variety of client environments assisting with user administration, Office 365 Application support, software & hardware support, remote connectivity, server support & network support. Great opportunity to work with a variety of tools, software & hardware.
Preferred Experience for the IT Service Desk Specialist:
Experience within a Help Desk or Technical support role utilizing a ticketing system and monitoring tools. Experience with Office 365 Administration Portal, Active Directory administration, and using Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) tools like ConnectWise or similar. Familiarity with Firewalls, VLANs and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Comfortable providing end-user support via phone, RMM tools, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Experience for the IT Service Desk Specialist:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certifications, Cisco Certifications, etc. Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) Experience with any of the following: ConnectWise, IT Glue, SolarWinds, WatchGuard, Ruckus, Veeam, Cisco Networking Products, Extreme Network Products, Ubiquiti, VMWare, Dell, Axix, 3OX and Adobe. Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, Citrix, VoIP, etc. Location :
