We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and supporting project operations, ensuring seamless execution, tracking progress, and meeting goals within established deadlines and budgets. You will collaborate closely with the project management team, communicate with stakeholders, and handle critical administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure team adherence.
Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation throughout all phases.
Communicate project plans, updates, risks, and issues with stakeholders and team members.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to address and resolve project challenges.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking performance.
Organize meetings, record minutes, and oversee follow-up on action items.
Manage daily workflows to ensure resource availability and smooth operations.
Conduct opportunity and risk analyses to inform project decision-making.
Prepare and analyze project data to generate detailed progress reports.
Assist in contract management by reviewing for legal compliance, tracking agreements, and ensuring timely renewals and record updates.
Maintain accurate project data in Quickbase or similar systems.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Experience managing data in Quickbase or similar platforms.
Knowledge of contract management processes and legal compliance.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet high-quality project standards on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with budget tracking and financial oversight.
Familiarity with risk management and project reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
