Position Overview:

MS Companies, a leading talent acquisition provider in the automotive sector, is seeking

a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal

candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of

advanced education and certifications, along with a strong analytical background and

extensive experience in data-driven marketing strategies. This role is central to driving

data insights that empower our clients and partners to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from key digital platforms,

including Metricool, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics, to measure and enhance

marketing performance.

• Social Media Insights: Monitor traffic and engagement across social media

channels, delivering actionable insights and trend analyses to optimize

engagement and grow our audience.

• SEO and SEM: Evaluate SEO and SEM initiatives, providing data-driven

recommendations to improve search engine visibility and overall digital

performance.

• Email Marketing: Design and analyze B2B email campaigns using Pardot,

ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable impact.

• LinkedIn Campaign Management: Oversee LinkedIn advertising campaigns

through Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator to drive lead generation and

sales effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance data.

• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key

insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing team and senior

management.

• Budget Management: Support budget planning and resource allocation by

leveraging data insights to optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a

related field. An advanced degree or equivalent certifications are preferred if

direct experience is less than five years.

• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing data analysis or a related field, with a proven

track record of applying data insights to enhance marketing strategies.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Metricool, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

• Experience with Pardot for managing B2B email marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

and lead generation strategies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

• Certifications:

• Preferred certifications include Google Analytics, SEO, Pardot, Google

Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn

Marketing Labs.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent

communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
