Job Title: Marketing Professional I
Location: Waltham, MA (100% Remote)


Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Contractor will manage the company's digital paid media strategy globally, focusing primarily on 3rd Party Paid Media (Display advertising) with secondary support for Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) campaigns. The role involves planning, negotiating, executing, optimizing, and measuring paid media investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and define digital paid media strategies in collaboration with internal marketing teams.
  • Execute and manage direct media buys with 3rd party publishers.
  • Send RFPs to vendors, evaluate proposals, and negotiate media buys.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and vendors regarding campaign requirements, performance, and deliverables.
  • Set up, track, and report on Display and PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and manage paid media plans, ensuring adherence to budgets and performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing teams, vendors, and creative teams.
  • Collaborate on launching and optimizing Paid Search (PPC) campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in 3rd Party Paid Media (Display) advertising and industry experience in SEM/PPC.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce, Eloqua, and project management tools.
  • Experience with 3rd party media buys and ad servers.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing projects and priorities.
